Once registered, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 788bet account. - Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation message. 788bet accepts no responsibility for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on your side.
- Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet will be settled, unless a manifest error has occurred. In cases of manifest error, 788bet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
- 788bet reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet placed by any player, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected match-fixing, unusual betting patterns, or technical errors in odds display.
- In-play bets may be delayed or suspended at any time during an event. If a bet cannot be confirmed during a live event due to a system suspension, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
- For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures — specific rules around rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and match abandonment will apply as published in the cricket betting rules section of the Platform.
- Any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time the bet was accepted will be voided. This applies regardless of whether the result was publicly available at the time of placement.
